Background
The Bulo Bulo power plant has three units, all powered by gas turbines. Units 1 and 2 have capacities of 45 MW each, while unit 3 has a capacity of 50 MW.[4] Only unit 3 is included in GEM's Global Gas Plant Tracker due to the tracker's minimum capacity requirement of 50 MW.[5]
