Background
CPI Tonghua County Cogen power station is a proposed three-unit coal-fired power station totaling 94 MW in Tonghua, sponsored by State Power Investment Corporation.[1] It is a co-generation power plant, supplying heat to the residential buildings in the county of Tonghua.[2][3]
