Background

The Cezi-Mamu Oil Pipeline is listed under the 14th Five-Year Development Plan for Coal, Oil, and Natural Gas in Zhejiang Province, published in 2021. It is a proposed project with 2 parallel pipelines of the same route.[2] In Jan 2022, it was approved with an estimated construction period of 25 months. According to the official document, the construction must be conducted within 2 years after approval.[3]
