Chandragupta coal mine

The Chandragupta coal mine is a proposed opencast mine, operated by Central Coalfields Limited, a subsidiary of Coal India, producing 15 million tonnes per annum, in Jharkhand state, India.[1]

In response to a right of information request in 2021, the mine is still listed by the Government of India as an active new mine project.[2]
