Financing Details
The project has an estimated cost of approximately US$910 million, and is believed to have received equity from Chung Chia Power Co (US$202 million), EPC contractor GE Capital Global Investments BV (US$67.1 million), and an additional unknown financier (US$640 million). [11][12]
