Clean Power Now started on Cape Cod in 2003 and has grown to 9000 members. It is a non-profit grassroots organization which aims to inform citizens and empower them to support viable renewable energy projects and policies. Their immediate focus is to increase citizen support of offshore wind power in Nantucket Sound.
