Cluster 7 (BCCL) is a group of underground and opencast coal mines operated by Bharat Coking Coal Limited, a subsidiary of Coal India, with a combined capacity of approximately 5 million tonnes-per-annum (MTPA) in Dhanbad, Jharkhand, India.[1]
The operating mines include: Dhansar, Kusunda, Viswakarma, Alkusa, Ena, Rajapur Opencast/ South Jharia (ROCP/SJ), Burragarh, Simlabahal, Hurriladih, Bhutgoria, and Kustore.[1]
The ROCP/SJ project is currently producing more than capacity, at 2.23 million tonnes per annum.
