Background
Conch Phnom Penh Cement Plant was invested $250 million by the Conch KT Cement Company, the second large-scale cement facility in Cambodia[3]. The plant has waste heat power generation, photovoltaic power generation and other advanced energy management system and environmental protection management technology[4].
