The Coveñas-Cartagena Oil Pipeline, known locally as Oleoducto Coveñas-Cartagena, is an oil pipeline in Colombia.

Location

The pipeline runs from the Coveñas terminal in the department of Sucre, to the Cartagena refinery (Reficar) in the department of Bolívar, Colombia.[1][2]

Background

According to Colombia's Ministry of Mines and Energy, the pipeline is used to deliver both crude oil and fuel oil (diesel) from the Coveñas terminal to the Reficar refinery in Mamonal, just south of Cartagena.[1]
