The Dafanpu Coal Mine is operated by Inner Mongolia Jungar Banner Liliang Coal Industry Co., Ltd. The mine started in May 2009 and put into operation in November 2012. In October 2014, the mine production capacity was increased from 2.40Mt/a to 5.10Mt/a.[1]
