Background
In April 2023, the General Office of the Chongqing Municipal People's Government issued a 'Work Notice on the Implementation of Municipal Key Projects in 2023,' designating this project as a key project.[6]
In July 2023, construction of this project officially commenced. It is expected to commence operation in 2025.[7]
