Datang Douhe power station (大唐国际陡河发电厂) is a power station under construction in Ciyutuo Town, Luanzhou, Tangshan, Hebei, China. It is also known as 大唐国际茨榆坨热电, 大唐国际陡河2×660兆瓦燃煤热电联产等容量替代项目, 大唐国际陡河发电厂电联产等容量替代项目 (Unit 1).

Background
In June 2019 it was reported the 2 x 300 MW Datang Tangshan power station-2 would be relocated to a less populous area, under the new name Datang Tangshan Ciyutuo power station. The new plant will be 2 x 350 MW and located north of the Western District of Quzhou Economic Development Zone in Ciyutuo Town.[1]
In 2021 the planned capacity of the plant was increased to 2 x 660 MW. It is planned for operation in 2023.[2]
No official permit information can be found apart from calls for bidding indicating the permit was granted by the Hebei Provincial Development and Reform Commission in 2022 with permit number 冀发改能源核字〔2022〕25号.[3][4]
The project was on 2023 Hebei Province key construction projects list.[5] Construction started in mid-2023.[6] The project was reportedly being built at Datang Douhe retired units site. China Energy Engineering Corporation Huabei Branch won the bid for the project engineering survey and design.[7] On 4 July 2023, Datang's official Weibo account showed pictures of construction progress of Douhe power station and concrete poured foundation could be seen.[8]
