Coal Mine Background

Xin'an Coal Mine is one of the important mines of Henan Dayou Energy Co., Ltd. It started construction in August 1981 and was put into operation in December 1988, with a 1.5 million tons/year design production capacity. In 2011, the approved production capacity was 1.8 million tons/year.[2] Xin'an Coal Mine is a mine with coal and gas outburst and very complicated hydrogeological conditions.[3]The approved production capacity in 2019 was 1.8 million tons/year.[4]
