The pipeline was owned by Medallion Midstream Services, which on 06 February, 2023 announced the sale of its natural gas gathering and processing business in the Delaware basin to Cardinal Midstream Partners, "..to enhance our focus on the continuing growth of Medallion's Crude oil gathering and transportation business..", said Randy Lentz, CEO, Medallion.[2][4]
