Dongying–Guangrao Oil Pipeline 东营港-广饶原油输油管道 is an operating oil pipeline in Shandong, China.[1][2]
Location
The pipeline runs from Dongying Port to Guangrao and is made up of two oil pipeline segments: the Dongying–Haojia Segment and the Haojia–Guangrao Segment.
The Dongying–Haojia Segment starts at the Dongying Port terminal and passes through the Dongying Port Economic Development Zone, Hekou District, Lijin County, Kenli District, and Dongying District, ending at Haojia Station.
The Haojia–Guangrao Segment starts at the Haojia Chemical Industrial Park in Haojia Town, Dongying District. It runs through Dongying District and Guangrao County and ends in Guangrao County.[3]

Background
In 2017, the Dongying Development and Reform Commission proposed the Dongying–Guangrao Oil Pipeline project. The project is owned by Dongying Haixin Storage Co., Ltd. [5] The pipeline runs from Dongying Port to Guangrao and consists of two segments: the Dongying–Haojia Segment and the Haojia–Guangrao Segment. Both segments are designed with reverse-flow capability. [5][3]
Dongying–Haojia Segment 东营港首站-郝家站段
The Dongying–Haojia Segment is a crude oil/naphtha pipeline with a designed throughput capacity of 16 mtpa, including 7 mtpa of crude oil and 9 mtpa of naphtha.[6] Construction started on 26 October 2018 and was completed on 31 August 2023. This project entered the trial operation period on 15 September 2024. The trial operation period runs from 15 September 2024 to 14 September 2025.[9]
Haojia–Guangrao Segment 郝家站-广饶站段
The Haojia–Guangrao Segment is also a crude oil/naphtha pipeline, with a designed throughput capacity of 20 mtpa, comprising 11 mtpa of crude oil and 9 mtpa of naphtha. [6]Construction began in June 2024, [10]and the segment was put into operation on 8 December 2025. [8]
