Background

According to June 2020 data from the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA), the purity line, which carries ethane and other pure NGLs, originates at EPIC's planned Robestown, Texas fractionator and terminates at the Markham, Texas HGL storage hub.[1]

The project began operations in the third quarter of 2020.[4] The ethane pipeline connects to Gulf Coast Growth Ventures, an ExxonMobil and SABIC joint venture.[3]
