Background
The pipeline transports gas from the Sullom Voe Terminal to the Northern Leg Gas Pipeline for export. North Sea Transition Authority data from 2024 states that Enquest PLC is the owner and operator of the pipeline. The pipeline was previously listed in BP’s inventory in 2013.[1][2][3]
