Ecology and Environment (E & E) is described as "a Buffalo-based corporation that specializes internationally in climate change issues, particularly carbon dioxide capture and sequestration." E & E's Vice President and Regulatory Specialist George A. Rusk and Robert Singer were involved in promoting the proposed clean coal demonstration project in Jamestown, New York.[1]
