Background

In June 2023, Energy China North China Institute won the bid for general contracting of the 4 x 100 MW Ejin Horo cogen power station.[1]

The total investment in the project was projected to be 2,164.35 million yuan. The power station would be financed through (Google translate): "20% of the capital raised by the enterprise itself, and the remaining funds are planned to be solved by applying for special bond funds and bank loans".[2]
