Embalut power station

Embalut power station is a 110-megawatt (MW) coal-fired station in Tanjung Batu, Tenggarong Seberang, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan, Indonesia. The Embalut power station should not be confused with the Kaltim-4 power station, which is also sometimes called the "Embalut Expansion", and which is directly north of the Embalut power station.

Background on Plant

Unit 1 (25 MW) and Unit 2 (25 MW) were commissioned in 2008. Unit 3 (60 MW) was commissioned in 2014.[1][2]
