Ennore-Nellore Gas Pipeline

The Ennore-Nellore Gas Pipeline is a proposed natural gas pipeline.[1]


The pipeline runs from Ennore, Tamil Nadu through Sulurpeta, Renigunta, and Krishnapatnam to Nellore, Andhra Pradesh. The exact proposed route can be seen on p.9 of GTPIL's application to the PNGRB.[2]

The Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board authorized GTPIL to build the pipeline in December 2014.[1] The pipeline was listed as "Under Construction" in a January 2018 report by the Petroleum Planning & Analysis Cell of the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas.[3] In March 2019 the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board listed the pipeline's target completion date as April 2020.[2]
