Background
The pipeline serves Venture Global's Plaquemines LNG Terminal export facility. It includes a new pipeline and compressor station.[1]
After facing delays, the pipeline portion, known as phase 1, was completed in July 2024.[3]
Phase 2 involved the construction of a new compressor station in Clarke City, Mississippi and three new meter stations in Mississippi and Louisiana to increase capacity.[3]
Phase 2 was completed in July 2025.[3]
