Fong Der power station (森霸二期燃氣複循環發電計畫(2-1), 豐德天然氣發電廠, 森霸電力) is an operating power station of at least 2080-megawatts (MW) in Fengde Alley, Shanshang District, Tainan, Taiwan. It is also known as Sun Ba Power Plant.

Financing details

In 2021, Phase 2 of the power station received a US$965 million (NT$24.45 billion) syndicated loan led by Bank of Taiwan. The 11 participating banks included Bank of Taiwan, Land Bank of Taiwan, Chang Hwa Bank, E. Sun Bank, First Bank, Hua Nan Bank, Shanghai Bank and Taiwan Cooperative Bank. Far Eastern Bank, Taipei Fubon Bank and Taiwan Small and Medium Enterprise Bank were also invited to participate. Sun Ba Power Corp is also believed to have provided equity for the project.[13][14][15]
