Fujian Sanbao Steel Co Ltd (福建三宝钢铁有限公司), also known as Zhangzhou Sanbao Iron and Steel Co., is a blast furnace-basic oxygen furnace (BF-BOF) and electric arc furnace (EAF) steel plant operating in Zhangzhou, Fujian, China.

Background
According to the capacity replacement plan in November 2018, the company plans to build a 1700m3 blast furnace and a 1350m3 blast furnace.[1][2] In November 2020, the 1700m3 blast furnace was officially put into operation.[3]The 630m3 blast furnace was demolished in September 2021.[4][5]
According to the announcement of capacity replacement in June 2021, it is planned to build 2 EAF （2x105-tonne）with a capacity of 1575 thousand tonnes per annum and remove 2 EAF (1x70-tonne, 1x90-tonne) with a capacity of 1760 thousand tonnes per annum.[6] The New #1 EAF has started to operate on January 16, 2023.[7]
