Guangdong Zhongshan power station (粤海控股中山火电厂) is an operating power station of at least 600-megawatts (MW) in Huangpu Town, Zhongshan, Guangdong, China with multiple units, some of which are not currently operating. It is also known as 中山火力发电有限公司 (Phase I Unit 1, Phase I Unit 2).

Background
The plant is owned by Guangdong Holdings Limited.[2] [3]The plant's first two units totaling 110 MW, commissioned in 1990, were planned for retirement after units 3-4 were put online, with a total planned capacity of 600 MW. It is a CHP power plant, supplying heat and steam to surrounding enterprises.[4]
The new units were completed in February 2016, and units 1-2 were retired.[5]
