Background

Guanghai Bay power station (广海湾天然气热电联产项目) plans to build four sets of 9H-class gas-steam combined cycle cogeneration units. The first phase of the project (Units 1 and 2) is scheduled to commence construction in December 2023 and start commercial operation in January 2025.[6]
