Guneshli Deepwater Oil and Gas Field is an operating oil and gas field in Azerbaijan.

Along with Azeri Oil and Gas Field (Azerbaijan) and Chirag Oil and Gas Field (Azerbaijan), Guneshli Deepwater Oil and Gas Field is a part of the Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli Oil and Gas Project (Azerbaijan).

Guneshli Deepwater Oil and Gas Field is also sometimes referred to as Gunashli.
