Background

The Hami Camel Circle Hongxing Thermal Power Co., Ltd. is initiating a 3x100MW cogeneration project in the New Star Economic and Technological Development Zone. The project plans to construct three high-temperature, high-pressure circulating fluidized bed boilers (3x750t/h) along with three high-temperature, high-pressure extraction back-pressure steam turbines. Notice for the project's environmental impact assessment (EIA) was issued in December 2021. Bidding for preliminary design was called in November 2024.
