Background on Project

Lu'an Group and Sinomach are seeking approval for a 2 x 350 MW supercritical coal plant.

The plant was permitted in March 2016. Although construction was reported in May 2016, satellite photos through June 2018 only show land clearance.

An EPC contract was signed in May 2021.
