Background on Project

Lu'an Group and Sinomach are seeking approval for a 2 x 350 MW supercritical coal plant.[1][2]

The plant was permitted in March 2016. Although construction was reported in May 2016,[3] satellite photos through June 2018 only show land clearance.

An EPC contract was signed in May 2021.[4]
