Harbin Jieneng Cogeneration power station (捷能热力电站有限公司哈尔滨新区燃气热电联产项目) commenced construction on March 31, 2021. Equipment debugging was completed on October 25, 2023. The plan is to be connected to the grid and operational by September 2024.[5]
