Background
The Hau Giang Lee & Man power station provides power to the Lee & Man paper mill in Hanoi.[2] In 2016 the plant was proposed and referred to as a biomass plant in Vietnam's Power Development Plan VII (PDP). It is coal-fired and was commissioned in October 2018.[3]
In October 2025, the power station was referred to as 50 MW.[4] With only one unit visible on satellite imagery, Unit 2 was presumed to have not been built.
