Background

The Hau Giang Lee & Man power station provides power to the Lee & Man paper mill in Hanoi.[1] In 2016 the plant was proposed and referred to as a biomass plant in Vietnam's Power Development Plan VII (PDP). It is coal-fired and was commissioned in October 2018.[2]
