Hebei Taihang Iron and Steel Group Co Ltd (河北太行钢铁集团有限公司(二期 1200高炉)) is a blast furnace-basic oxygen furnace (BF-BOF) steel plant operating in Handan, Hebei, China.

Background
The total investment of Taihang Iron & Steel’s retreat from the city to the park project totaled 20.9 billion yuan to build 6 million tons of iron and steel projects, including two 1,520m3 blast furnaces, 2.68 million tons of iron-making capacity, two 120-ton converters, and 2.8 million tons of steel-making capacity in the first phase.[1]
On February 20, 2021, No. 1 blast furnace was put into production.[2] The first phase of the project were completed and put into production in September 2021.[3]
The second phase of the company's reorganization and relocation project plans to build a 1200m3 blast furnace and a 100-ton converter, and the construction started in September 2022.[4][5]
