Background
Regarding the operation of lifting and transporting high-temperature molten iron above the control room of the company, on February 23, 2022, following a supervisory inspection of Henan Yaxin Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yaxin Iron and Steel") by the sixth supervisory inspection team of the State Council Safety Commission, the team assessed the company as follows: "The company's management is solely focused on making profits and disregards safety, neglecting significant hazards within the company."[1]
