Background on Project

China Huadian has proposed a two-unit coal-fired power plant with a total planned capacity of 700 MW in Shuozhou Prefecture. As of 2014 the units are under construction and planned for operation by 2015.

Unit 1 completed trial operation in August 2015. The power station was commissioned in 2015.
