Huaneng Beifang Xilnhaote-3 power station (华能北方联合电力锡林热电公司胜利发电厂) is an operating power station of at least 1320-megawatts (MW) in Xilinhot, Xilingol, Inner Mongolia, China. It is also known as Huaneng Beifang Shengli power station, Huaneng Bayanbaolige 华能北方联合电力巴彦宝力格煤电一体化发电项目.

Background
In 2015, China Huaneng's North United Power was permitted to build a 2 x 660 MW ultra-supercritical coal plant at Xilinhot City.[1][2]
Construction was ongoing in June 2017. The plant is planned for operation in 2019.[3] Planet satellite imagery shows construction ongoing through April 2018.
Unit 1 was commissioned in July 2020.[4] Unit 2 was commissioned in September 2020.[5]
