Background on Plant

Two 135 MW units of Huaneng Changxing power station have been retired. [1]The plant is owned by China Huaneng.[2][3][4]

Two new 660 MW units (units 3-4) were added to the power station, in a different location from the retired units.[5] Unit new 1 began operating in 2014,[6] and unit new 2 in 2015.[7]
