Background on Project

China Huaneng is currently building a two-unit coal-fired power plant with a total planned capacity of 700 MW in Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region. The plant is scheduled to be completed in December 2015.[2][3][4]

The power station was completed in 2016.[5]
