Hubei Yicheng power station (湖北能源襄阳宜城发电厂) is an operating power station of at least 2000-megawatts (MW) in Yicheng, Xiangyang, Hubei, China with multiple units, some of which are not currently operating. It is also known as 湖北能源宜城路口发电项目.

Background on Project
Hubei Yicheng power station is a proposed 2 x 1,000 MW coal plant in the city of Yicheng, proposed by Hubei Energy Group in June 2020.[4]
It was permitted for construction in December 2020.[5]
Construction began in October 2021.[6]
Unit 1 entered operation on 14 July 2023.[7][8]
