Iron Ozone 32 steel plant (Электросталеплавильный цех «Железный Озон 32» (Russian)), also known as Zhelezny Ozon 32; Pervouralsky Novotrubny Plant; Pervouralsk New Pipe Plant; PNTZ, is an electric arc furnace (EAF) steel plant operating in Pervouralsk, Sverdlovsk, Russia.

Background
The electric steel-smelting shop Iron Ozone 32 is located at the site of the Pervouralsky Novotrubny Plant (also known as Pervouralsk New Pipe Plant; PNTZ). The construction of the Iron Ozone 32 began in 2007, and in 2010 the workshop was launched and the first steel smelting took place.[1]
Iron Ozone 32 supplies billet to ChelPipe Electric Steel (CHTPZ) (in Chelyabinsk) and Pervouralsk New Pipe Plant (PNTZ) (in Pervouralsk; shared facility), two other ChelPipe Group companies, for further processing to large diameter pipes.[2]
In 2022, digitization and automatization of the EAF production process and upgrade of the equipment were carried out at Iron Ozone 32.[3]
