JFE Bars & Shapes Himeji Works steel plant (姫路製造所 (Japanese)), also known as JFE NKK Joukou, is a 950 thousand tonnes per annum (TTPA) electric arc furnace (EAF) steel plant operating in Himeji, Kansai, Japan.

Background

The Himeji works began operating in 2005.[2] The plant operates a 140 tonne Ecoarc EAF with an annual capacity of around 900 ttpa.[3][4]
