JK Cement Ltd. was established in 1974.[3]
JK Cement Muddapur cement plant was established in 2009.[4] In 2023, the company announced its plan to expand the capacity of the cement grinding unit from 2.5 million tonnes per annum (mtpa) to 3.5 mtpa.[5]
