JK Cement Ltd. was established in 1974.

JK Cement laid foundation stone at the JK Cement Prayagraj grinding unit on 29 August 2023. The expected cost of the plant was around US $60 million. The plant commenced production on 25 June 2024 at a total capacity of 2 million tonnes per annum (mtpa).
