The Jhingurda coal mine is an opencast mine, operated by Northern Coalfields Limited, a subsidiary of Coal India, producing 3 million-tonnes-per-annum, in Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh state, India.[1]

In 2018, the company proposed an expansion plan to 5 million tonnes per annum[2]
