Jiangsu-Anhui-Henan Pipeline 国家管网苏皖豫干线输气管道（滨海-鲁山）is a proposed gas pipeline system in Jiangsu Province, China, including a trunk line, a connecting line and a branch.

Background

The pipeline was proposed in 2019 by CNOOC and the involved provinces. The sponsorship was later transferred to PipeChina. The proposed pipeline will go through three provinces: Jiangsu, Anhui and Henan. The capacity will reportedly reach 15 billion cubic meters per year, and construction is estimated to be completed by 2022.

As of September 2021, planning is in the early stages, and the route is yet to be determined.

In December 2024, PipeChina proposed the route for the pipeline going through three provinces, Jiangsu, Anhui and Henan.

In May 2025, the Environment Impact Assessment report of the project was released for the public review.

作为全国“六大战略通道+七纵七横”中东西主干管道第三横，本工程可联通“北气南下”各大通道， 构建“坚强管网”，提升管网输气能力，发挥“N-1”应急保供和联通调气功能， 提高管网可靠性。

苏皖豫管道的直接资源为滨海 LNG、山西沁水煤层气、联通管道转供气；其中，联通管道的转供气涉及的资源种类包括中亚进口气、新疆国产气、俄气、山东LNG 等。
