Jiangxi Province, the Office of Industry and Information Technology issued “on Jiangxi Jiujiang Southern Cement Co., Ltd. 4800 tons of cement clinker construction project capacity replacement program,” said Jiangxi Jiujiang Southern Cement Co., Ltd. due to the Pengze County urban built-up area and is located in the Yangtze River along the range of one kilometer, does not meet the requirements of the city's development planning, need to be relocated.[3]
