Network background

The Jilin Gas Pipeline Network is a pipeline network comprised of proposed, in-construction and operating natural gas pipelines in the Jilin Province.

In March 2021, Jilin Province People's Government announced the expansion of Jilin's natural gas pipeline infrastructure, specifically citing the development of the Jilin Gas Pipeline Network. This was primarily announced in the report entitled "Jilin Province National Economic and Social Development 14th 5-year Plan and 2035 Prospective Goals Outline" 吉林省国民经济和社会发展第十四个 五年规划和2035年远景目标纲要. This document anticipates that by 2025, 73% of Jilin's cities will be connected to natural gas pipelines.

Along with this, the New 2020 "761" Infrastructure Plan announced a total investment of 19.8 billion RMB into Jilin's oil and gas infrastructure.

The Jilin Provincial 14th Five-Year-Plan On Energy Sector was issued in August 2022. It plans 1753 kilometers of gas pipeline mileage between 2021 and 2025. By the end of 2025, the Plan says, all counties and cities in the province will be reached by gas pipeline. Besides the gas pipelines in the "761" Infrastructure Plan, two more pipelines were mentioned in this Energy Plan.

十三五期间，油气骨干管网初步形成，中俄东线天然气管道工程北段 （黑河－长岭）和中段 （长岭 －永清）吉林省境内段通气投运，域外天然气补充气源成功引 进；沈阳－长春、四平－白山、长岭－长春－吉林等天然气支线管道建成投运。到2020年底，省内油气管道总里程达到5229公 里，其中原油管道1480公里，成品油管道160公里，天然气干 线管道3589公里，覆盖省内７个市 （州）、15个县。

十四五期间加快天然气管网设施建设。提高管网互联互通和资源调配能力，扫除 “用气盲区、供气断点”，逐步形成横跨东西、连接南 北的 “输气大动脉”。推进吉林－延吉、延吉－珲春、梅河口－ 桦甸、白山－靖宇－临江、松原－白城等天然气管线项目建设， 推进中俄远东管道省内段项目建设。 “十四五”期间，全省新建管道建设长度为1753公里，包括１条干线和15条支线。到2025年，县级及以上城市基本实现天然气管网全覆盖。

Siping-Baishan Pipeline 四平-白山输气管道

Siping-Baishan Pipeline is an operating natural gas pipeline running from Siping to Baishan, Jilin, China. . The pipeline carries gas sourced from the Harbin-Shenyang Pipeline.

管道起自哈沈线四平分输清管站，终止于白山末站，沿途依次经过吉林省的四平市、梨树县、辽宁省铁岭市的西丰县、吉林省的东辽县、辽源市、东丰县、梅河口市、柳河县、通化县、通化市、白山市，管道线路全长350公里，设计压力6.3兆帕；沿线设置辽源分输站、梅河口分输清管站、通化分输清管站、白山末站4座输气站场。平山线以哈沈输气管道主干线输送的天然气为气源，设计年输气量为13.6亿立方米。
