Coal Mine Background
The Jinggong No.1 Coal Mine is operated by China Coal Pingshuo Group Co. Construction of the Mine was started in June 2003 and was put into production in September 2005. [1] The technological improvement project was implemented in January 2006 and was completed in September 2009. It was officially put into production in July 2015 and the production capacity was increased to 10.0Mt/a.[2] On June 2, 2017, an electromechanical accident occurred in the mine, resulting in 1 death.[1]
