Jingyuan-2 power station (中煤靖远发电厂) is an operating power station of at least 1240-megawatts (MW) in 4 Dianli Road, Pingchuan District, Baiyin, Gansu, China with multiple units, some of which are not currently operating.

Background
Jingyuan-2 power station is a four-unit coal-fired power plant with a total capacity of 1,240 MW. Units 1-2 of 320 MW each were completed in 1996 to 1997, and units 3-4 of 300 MW each in 2006 to 2007. SDIC is the controlling shareholder.[4]
In January 2020, SDIC sold its equity of this power plant to China Coal, as its strategy to shift away from coal. [5][6]
