Coal Mine Background

Jinjitan Coal Mine started construction in February 2012. As of May 2015, the project was basically completed and trial production began in October 2015. The estimated total investment in the project construction was RMB 3.91 billion.[1]It passed the completion acceptance in January 2018.[2]On July 20, 2018, the Shaanxi Provincial Coal Management Bureau approved an increase in the production capacity of Jinjitan Coal Mine from 8 million tons/year to 15 million tons/year.[3]
