Background
Karcement clinker plant was a part of the Karaganda Cement Plant during the USSR, which is now separated into Karcement clinker plant and Central Asia Cement plant. Karcement currently produces clinker with a dry method for the Central Asia Cement plant to grind and produce the final product, cement.[2]
